For the post of IT security expert, technical lead, and application architect, the maximum age limit is 38 or less than that. There is an age relaxation of five years for SC, ST, and EXSM. For the OBC non-creamy layer candidates, the age limit is three years. 

Educational qualifications

Just like eligibility criteria, the educational qualifications vary depending on certain factors. Every candidate must be an engineering graduate in CS or IT for the assistant manager post. Alternatively, the candidate must be a CA or MCA in IT. The same goes for the post of the Deputy Manager, application architect. However, for the technical lead, the qualification required is engineering graduate in computer science.

Along with the CTC, you can get other perks such as travel expenses for taxis, air (economy class) while travelling during official duties. Apart from that, you can get a deputation allowance (DA), which is almost equal to the bank’s assistant general manager. 

  • Chief Manager (special situation team) and deputy manager (stresses assets marketing)

If you get selected for this post, you will get perks and benefits like DA, HRA, CCA, PF, LFC, medical facility, contributory pension fund, etc.

  • Deputy Manager (stressed assets marketing)

For the deputy manager, you will only get CTC and a variable pay with a ratio of 80:20. Apart from that, you won’t get any other benefits.
